Second site visit for a finally assesment of the site before a full handover is done. 


So what will you get from us once you become a client ? 


  • Prepare annual and quarterly service charge budgets. 
  • Manage your service charge trust account and ensure that you are paying contractors in a timely maner. 
  • Look after all your secretarial tasks, daily book keeping and filing of invoices. 
  • Arrange end of year service charge accounts. 
  • Prepare AGM packs or end of year service charge packs for your leaseholders. 
  • Provide your leaseholder with transparancy in the way your service charges are being spent.  
  • Arrange and attend regular meetings with Board of Directors, residents, leaseholders and other stakeholders of your block. 
  • Proactively look for ways to improve your estate and add value to the properties there. 
  • Keep your leaseholder up to date.  
  • Preparing and sending out consultations to leaseholder. 
  • Keeping an up to date database of residents, leaseholders and contracors for the effective running of your estate.  
  • Organising annual AGM. 
  • Serving of Section 20 notices for major works over £250 per leaseholder. 
  • Running tenders for major work contracts. 
  • Ensuring you are fully complient in terms of health and safety. 
  • Arranging adequate insurances for your block. 
  • Provide your leaseholders and residents with a point of contact to report block related issues or rais block related queries.
  • Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) contact telephone number and email address plus a dedicated Block Manager for your site. 
  • Regular visits and inspections of your site. 
  • Dealing with complaints such as - noisy neighbours, parking complaints, damp and mould and any other issues that are faces in residential blocks.
