In addition we  working on the leases to update the Freeholder Licence to alter policy, a new sub lettings policy and closer management of sublets. This site is based in a conservation area are there are over 50 mature trees which require extra management and maintenance.

We are managing all aspects of this site from arranging the garden maintenance, window cleaning, roof maintenance, and drain maintenance to ensuring adequate insurance are in place.

This site consists of a newly built block of 9 luxury apartments in Bromley, Greater London. 


Working closely with the developer, their builders and advisors will be managing all aspect of this site from advisign on lease related issues through to development of a service charge schedule and collection and management of the service charge trust.

The residents approached us because they were unhappy with the management services they were receiving from their Freeholder and previous managing agent. We helped the residents serve an RTM Claim against the Freeholder and take over the Management of the block.


We worked hard to build a rapport with the Freeholder to ensure that everyone is working harmoniously for the best interest of the property. Since then the Freeholder has also joined the ATM and we are working together to resolve several issues left unresolved by the building contractors and the previous managing agent.

The Residents Society at Ridge Langley approached us through a recommendation. The Estate had changed managing agents several times mainly due to a lack of communication with previous agents. The committee quickly realised that Archery Estates would be a perfect long term fit.
