Archery Estates manages over 420 homes across London and the South East on behalf of RTM Companies, Resident Management Companies, Freeholders and Leaseholders.
Our experience was built from the ground up at Tarnwood Park in Eltham (SE9), a 140-home development set within six acres of conservation land. Over the years, we have grown steadily by helping directors, freeholders and leaseholders navigate the challenges that come with managing residential developments.
Established in 2017 as Archery Estates Property Services, the business was incorporated as Archery Estates Management Ltd in 2025 as part of our continued growth and investment in systems, technology and personnel.
Today, we combine practical experience, market expertise, responsive communication and strong financial management to help our clients protect and enhance the long-term value of their properties.
